VISION

The Los Angeles Fitness Festival(LAFF) is what happens when your favorite music festival and your local group fitness class collides. Think Coachella meets IDEA Fitness Convention. The goal is to bring a fitness festival to underserved communities that combines the energy of a music festival with the purpose and education of a health fair. It is a day of health and wellness that encourages healthy habits through workouts, promotes smart eating through local health conscious vendors and exhibitors, and inspires the community to manage their mental and physical health through workshops that promote whole health. Through donation collection, we aim to provide backpacks and school supplies to the students of local schools and raise awareness for childhood obesity awareness month. Wellness activities will include a morning mile run/walk, outdoor spinning, yoga, meditation, and other specialty fitness classes led by certified trainers.

PURPOSE

To bring health and wellness to the Los Angeles Community. We want to expose the community to various aspects of wellness by providing them an opportunity to access a full day of fitness, fun, and food education. We will accomplish this through wellness workshops and workouts, in one space, educating them and ultimately leading them to adapt a balanced, healthy lifestyle.

MISSION

Our mission is to educate through action. We believe that when you know better, you do better. As such, Empire Training Academy’s goal is to bridge the gap between access and cost by bringing health and wellness experiences to underserved communities and into the workplace.
